Decorating Tips on a Dime

Decorating doesn't always have to be expensive.  There are a few cost saving ways you can give a family room or living room a make over.  You should start with changing the pillows on your couch or just adding a few extra colors to the existing ones.  Think about the color scheme you want  and go for it.  Next, look for a rug that  brings out the color of your newly added pillows.  Lastly, find some solid color panels for the windows.  The panels should start just a little above the top of the window and reach all the way down to the floor.  The long window panels always creates the illusion of high ceilings.  These are just a few ideas to start with.
